Our Deep Cleaning Add-On is designed for those times when you need extra attention to detail, built-up areas or hard-to-reach spots. It’s a great option for seasonal resets, pre-inspection preparation, moving in or when your property hasn’t had a detailed clean for a while.

Please note that while we provide a detailed deep clean, this add-on does not automatically include specialist services such as steam carpet cleaning, full wall washing, mould treatment or external window cleaning. These can be quoted separately if needed.
For older homes or heavily soiled areas, results will vary based on condition-but we always put in our best effort and will let you know if anything requires specialised treatment.
Our Balcony & Patio Washdown is a straightforward add-on designed to freshen up your outdoor areas. We remove loose debris, sweep and tidy the space, then wash down surfaces to help lift dirt, dust, and everyday grime. It’s ideal for apartments, townhouses, and homes where balconies, patios, or small courtyards need a quick reset for a cleaner, more presentable finish.
Please note that if your outdoor area has heavy build-up (such as thick moss, stubborn stains, or long-term neglect), additional time may be required. We can also include basic spot cleaning around doors, rails, and visible edges to improve overall presentation where accessible.
Please also note that we do not provide high-pressure cleaning as part of this standard washdown. If you require pressure washing for driveways, large concrete areas, or deep stain removal, we can quote that separately depending on the surface and condition.
You can add Balcony & Patio Washdown to a regular clean, end of lease clean, or deep clean as an optional extra. Simply select it during booking or mention it when requesting your quote. If you are booking by the hour, you can also request that it is completed within your allocated time—please allow approximately 20–45 minutes depending on size and condition.
Green waste can build up quickly after a garden tidy-up—branches, leaves, weeds, palm fronds, and general garden debris. Our Green Waste Removal add-on makes it easy to leave your outdoor space clean and clutter-free after the job is done. We collect and remove garden waste generated during your service, helping restore a neat finish without you needing to organise bags, bins, or multiple trips to disposal.

Please note that this service does not include removal of soil, rocks, bricks, concrete, timber offcuts, household rubbish, furniture, or construction materials. If mixed waste is required to be removed, we can quote separately based on the type of waste and disposal requirements.
If the volume is larger than expected, we may recommend a second load or staged removal. We’ll always keep you informed and confirm any additional costs before proceeding.
