If your outdoor space needs a proper one-off clean, our Flat Rate Garden Service is the easiest option. Pricing is based on garden size and condition—no confusing time limits—so everything is completed to a clear scope.
Need a deeper refresh? If your garden hasn’t been maintained for 4–6 weeks (or longer), a Garden Reset is recommended. This includes heavier weeding, pruning, edging and a more detailed tidy-up.

The simple answer? When your home has not been fully cleaned for 4-6 weeks or longer. Why? Over time, dust, dirt and grime builds up in places and as a result, our check-lists take longer to perform and more cleaning is needed. The “Spring Clean” extra allows for the extra time and work required to get your home sparkling again!
The areas that we cover in our standard Flat Rate service and our Spring Cleans are quite similar, however as everyone will understand, a bathroom that is quite dirty will take a lot less work than a bathroom that is very dirty! So please do book the Spring Clean if your house has not been fully cleaned for more than 4-6 weeks.
Please note that if a standard Flat Rate clean is booked without your house not being cleaned for 4-6+ weeks, we may need to call you on the day of the service and upgrade the service to a Spring Clean. To avoid any unnecessary complications and to ensure we send the most appropriate cleaning team to your service, if in doubt, we recommend the Spring Clean extra.
Our Spring Cleans can be booked by adding the “Spring Clean” extra on to any of our flat rate services. Simply select the flat rate that corresponds to the number of bedrooms (and studies) in your home, then select the Spring Clean extra from the next section on the form.
